Key Responsibilities:
✔ Generate leads from customers for spares.
✔ Handle customer enquiries related to spare parts and aftermarket requirements.
✔ Identify spare parts based on machine configurations and technical documentation.
✔ Prepare techno-commercial quotations.
✔ Process customer purchase orders and coordinate order execution.
✔ Follow up procurement, stores, and logistics for timely deliveries.
✔ Coordinate with service engineers for customer support requirements.
✔ Maintain customer records, quotations, and order history.
✔ Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for aftermarket business growth.
✔ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
✔ Support inventory planning for fast-moving spare parts.
✔ Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints and delivery of spares.
Required Skills & Competencies:
✔ Knowledge of machine tool spare parts.
✔ Understanding of mechanical assemblies and engineering drawings.
✔ Excellent customer communication and coordination skills.
✔ Good commercial awareness.
✔ Strong organizational and planning skills.
✔ ERP/SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
✔ Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates with experience from the following companies will be preferred:
✔ LMW
✔ AS Micro Magnetic
✔ Jyoti CNC
✔ Any vacuum furnace manufacturing is preferred
